To ensure systematic distribution, we collect weekly orders based on the following cut-off time:

For Monday distribution: Orders must be received between Friday and Sunday.
For Thursday distribution: Orders must be received between Monday and Wednesday.

This initiative is a collective effort to serve those in need with compassion and care. From sourcing trusted cooks to training our team on proper distribution etiquette, every step has been carefully planned to maximise the impact.

To ensure the success of this effort, we have appointed trusted cooks to prepare nutritious meals in a hygienic kitchen, while a dedicated team of distribution officers will manage the logistics.

Meals and drinking water will be packed and distributed efficiently across designated zones around the Haram, with a focus on peak times such as after prayers.

Strict quality control and crowd management measures will be in place to ensure a smooth and respectful distribution process.
